They sure seem panicked over the Court examining their voting systems! If examination prevents even ONE illegal vote from stealing a legal vote, it's well worth it!

No is arguing that it dismissed 10k pending votes.

Right now Trump's OTHER LAWSUITS THAT WERE ACCEPTED rest on the same basis, that the AG/Governor/Courts cannot override the State Legislature. These other law suits concern hundreds of thousands of ballots that were already counted in a manner contrary to the method legislated.
