What solution is that? What solution will bring about less mass shootings?

1) Single point of entrance in all schools......all doors will have card swipes, but for entering and leaving the school, each visitor must enter by the office, entering the lobby with a buzzed door, to be buzzed into the office which is the only route to the rest of the building.

2) installing police pull stations, much like fire alarm pull stations......instead of calling the fire dept. the pull station sends an alarm to the local police station by passing the 911 call center, and alerting all officers in the town to converge on the school...cutting response time.........

3) Removing gun free zones...allowing law abiding gun owners to carry their legal guns with them into schools, which means a mass public shooter will never know who is armed......parents will be able to carry their guns with them when they drop off lunches, pick up or drop off students from appointments.......gun free zones attract mass public shooters....this policy would end that.


4) Training and arming some of the staff at each school....mass public shooters target gun free zones....we know this from the statements and writings of mass public shooters.....when some of the staff is armed, and they are unknown to the public, this creates a passive/active defense that will scare off mass public shooters.

Just a few of the ideas that would stop attacks on schools.

Why does it happen? Mental illness for the most part, supported by a 24/7 news cycle that glamorizes and makes famous the shooter.........which encourages the next shooter who generally wants to commit suicide and make a statement as they do it...........

Most city schools already do the single point access.......or multiple points with security guards...

The single point is mainly for after the students are in the building.......all the doors are locked, and only the main entrance allows visitors to enter, after being buzzed in to the lobby, the being buzzed into the office.

Well it turns out the shooter was not a student in the Christian school

In fact, how many Christian schools have student shooters?
None that I'm aware of.
Yet we see transgenders involved in mass shootings all the time now it seems.

Why is that?

Do both not have equal access to guns?

Looking at the facts, it seems that God indeed is the answer.

The shooter wasn't CURRENTLY a student in that particular school (she was 28). However...............they did attend that particular school when they went.

The shooter shot a door open. AND police said the trans issue was an issue for the shooting. they did not explain in what way other than making that particular statement. They found a manifesto. Can't wait to hear that.

I'd wager that the mom's gun control agenda had an impact on the shooter also. He at least knew he would not have to deal with armed teachers.
