Soldiers and Sailors get to retire after 20 years, with a lifetime paycheck and perpetual benefits. That's enough.

Here's my proposal: If you are on a government pension of any kind, you can't go to work for any government instrumentality, forever. ONE GOVERNMENT CHECK. That's the limit.

When I worked for DoD, I saw scores of retired military officers...worthless as shit...filling high-level positions in government because of their "valuable experience."
