imo expanding/packing the Court to 12 seats may be the least structurally damaging thing they can do. McConnell started the "fight" with Garland. And like it or not Biden and the dems SENATE MAJORITY did confirm Justice Kennedy in Reagan's final year. Then McConnell's gop maj failed to even grant Garland a hearing …. because he had 51plus votes …. to prevent Obama doing what Reagan did. And now McConnell will confirm a Trump nominee in the final months of his first term with polls showing a likely defeat … despite both Grassley and Brave Brave Sir Lindsey saying NOW saying senators must vote in the final year of a potus' term.

Expanding the senate or ending the filibuster seems to me to be "exapanding the war" beyond the Court.

Trump "illegally" stacked the court?? Explain this nonsense. Trump is only doing what Obama and Biden attempted to do after justice Scalia died, and would have done without any doubt if they had control of the Senate.

Scalia we had 9 months to consider a replacement... but they said we should wait for an election.
