Agreed. The only thing arguably inaccurate about her post was she could have substituted the broader term "comorbidities" instead of just saying "obese." Otherwise, it seemed pretty spot on. That said, we've been dealing with Covid for a year and a half, there isn't a single person, especially anyone savvy enough to use the internet, who doesn't already know that comorbidities make you more vulnerable to adverse health consequences from Covid infection. Obesity is one of the most prominent comorbidities in Covid related death, as it is typically the cause of other accompanying comorbidities that are likely to be fatal in someone with a severe respiratory infection like Covid, such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, and restrictive lung disease, to name a few.

Hence, in all likelihood the given reason for the ban was merely pretext to sanction her for the second statement in that tweet about vaccine casulaties/side effects, given the huge push currently to administer the vaccine to the hold-out population.
