Your gender is something you are born with as a part of you and it can be hidden or disguised, but not changed.

Your gender goes down to your chromosomic code of your body, it is in every cell of you.

• It determines your physical characteristics.
• Your muscle mass.
• Body hair.
• Voice.
• Bone size.
• Hip arrangement.
• Internal organs like womb, ovaries, prostrate gland, et al.

Taking drugs to suppress gross physical characteristics or even light surgeries to remove body parts may help make you APPEAR more gender neutral, but it changes nothing of the underlying biological identity.
