Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Daniel Martin has dismissed a temporary restraining order aimed at pausing the Arizona Senate’s recount of 2.1 million 2020 election ballots.
Martin said the plaintiffs (Democrats) failed to show enough evidence that there would be harm to voters due to the audit procedures currently being used.

Actually the Democrats and the first amendment group that was part of the lawsuit won. The judge ruled this past week that Cyber Ninjas were not immune from our election laws, and additionally the press gained access to the recount. (Although one reporter was booted yesterday after taking a photo of a former Republican state legislator and a 2020 Trump elector taking part in the tally.)

The Democrats just weren't willing to put $1million on the line while the judge made his ruling, which was delayed because the original judge recused himself on Monday after the Ninjas hired one of the judge's former law clerks.

Media Hits PANIC Button Over "Dangerous" Maricopa County Ballot Audit​

This is the panicked message sent out by the mainstream media talking heads as the Maricopa County ballot audit resumes on Monday after a week's pause. So why does the media find the audit to be so "dangerous?" If Joey Xi won fair and square they should WELCOME such an audit in order to put to rest the widespread skepticism about the election results.
Instead the attitude of the media, as you can see in these clips, is panic, panic, PANIC! One media shtick is to claim that this audit is part of a "disinformation" campaign which is quite amusing since this charge came from Maggie Astor of the New York Times who is at the center of a big lawsuit that has revealed that she herself was involved in DISINFORMATION against Project Veritas in a FAKE NEWS story she wrote.

Comment:
The left is so vehemently attacking the audit, one might think that they know what conclusions will come from it. It’s like they’re expecting findings of massive voter fraud.
The media have done everything they could to protect Chyna Joey Xi Bai Din and to get an incompetent elected. They are willing to do what it takes to keep him in office, including lying, cheating and stealing.
Lest we forget, these are the same people showing this outrage that have, to this day, refused to accept the outcome of the 2016 election.
