Marco Rubio is correctly asking for an accounting for all money that is going out of the country.
Ukraine in particular has blocked all efforts to account for the expenditure of the money that is sent to them.
How the hell can a beggar dictate to the donor terms like those? It only happens when there is complicity on the inside.
The same is True for most of the other foreign aid packages that go out. They go off into oblivion and into private pockets half of the time.

I don't give a crap what Putin wants..... I want to know why Ukraine has blocked all accounting efforts.
If they want help they don't get to tell the helpers to MYOB about the money or the equipment.

Putin is looking for a way out of this thing....he's taken a beating and If he doesn't get out soon his own people will take him out. Ending the war is not going to be hard. He needs to end it and get out from underneath all the sanctions simply to survive at this point.

The Biggest sap on the Ukraine money is not even in Ukraine....it's here in the US. The awarded contracts are most likely all tied to elected officials in one way or another. These assholes are selling war to fill their pockets.
