Many right wingers will vote twice for Paul Ryan this November.

Actually only those in his Representative District, and only because Wisconsin law prevents his name from being removed from the legislative ballot.

Thanks for playing.

Apparently he is not very confident of winning tha VP seat.
Since he is still running for representative.

What happens if he wins both?

He becomes VP, and a special election takes place to fill his open seat in Congress.

Which he will have to resign?

He will be forced to choose between the two because of this.

"No Senator or Representative shall, during the Time for which he was elected, be appointed to any civil Office under the Authority of the United States, which shall have been created, or the Emoluments whereof shall have been encreased during such time; and no Person holding any Office under the United States, shall be a Member of either House during his Continuance in Office."

Just remember--Ryan has less control over the presidential campaign than his own campaign.

Add into it conservatives philosophy on Individualism and it is easy to understand why Ryan has two campaigns.
