I thought the movie Pitch Black (2000) was pretty good. A sci-fi film with a (mostly) original story.

I love Frequency and Gone In 60 Seconds which were both released in 2000. Lifted, which was an indie filmed released in 2010, is my most favorite film. Come Back To Me released in 2014 is also good.
