Usually if he's white he's accused of all of the above before any evidence is even presented.

In order to be classified as a terrorist, you must belong to an organization that intentionally attacks civilians in an effort to create fear, in order to further their political, ideological or religious agenda. Can you link those names to a specific organization like that?
