If this is the public reaction, perhaps forcing a black santa on an unwilling public isn't the right thing to do. A mall santa doesn't sit there being politically correct. Kidlets sit on his lap. A photographer takes pictures and parents are supposed to buy those pictures. If the family doesn't want a black santa immortalized in the yearly santa photos, there are other santas.

This might be a very expensive step to be inclusive.
