Yes, how rich people got richer...bought them in 1972, and sold them recently for $1.5m plus.

The past is set in stone,
The future is ours to own.
In 1987 i bought shares of Home Depot at $35 and kept buying shares. I have over 35,000 plus a bunch of other stocks.....

I did a two week stint on a naval ship, simulated USMC beach landing in 1972 just before my EAS. We got outside US waters and everyone went to ship's stores to buy smokes. I bought a carton for $1.70. Of course, an E-4 earned about $8K a year then.

I'm loving this indictment of Capitalism and profits and executive pay and perks and golden parachutes and Reagan. Love it!

What was the Pentagon budget in 1972? Want to go back to that, also?
