Make America Cruel Again?

What cruelty are you exactly talking about?Be extremely specific

Years ago I saw army trucks patrolling the streets in Mexico and I thought "thank goodness we don't have that in the US!" Now we do. Are we becoming a crueler country?
Not a crueler country, just too many Mexicans.

You mean the borderless invasion by Biden for four years was a clandestine plan hatched between the democrats and republicans together for world domination? But to what end unless they also knew ahead of time that Trump would be president and rigged the election to put him in office!

If I'm being invaded by gangs of drug lords and criminals from another country waving Mexican flags taking over the community, I'm all for SWAT teams roaming the streets with M134s until they take out every last one of them.
You guys are cruel. :p

Go to Mexico then--Dirty Libs belong there

Its accelerated over the last 8 years. It's been trending that way for a generation however.
I really don't think they notice any cruelty on any level, from Trump's juvenile bully behaviors to Homan's caveman bombast to the celebratory way they look at people not like them as lesser, as sub-human (as we see on this thread). It's just who they are. It's just normal for them. It's a self esteem issue -- they want to feel superior.

I think the issue itself is perfectly legitimate. There is a clear problem that must be addressed intelligently. But there is more than one way to do something. Unfortunately this is the only way they know or understand.

Thank you for proving my point. The part you don't seem to get is that when you give up certain freedoms (for the sake of "security") you almost never get it back. So you're A-OK with us becoming an technocratic militarized police state, and all the other anti-freedom Orwellian policies coming (BOHICA) because you guys are currently in the "reaction" part of Problem - Reaction - Solution.

Don't get me wrong... I definitely agree that the illegal immigration problem needs to be solved and I'm all for deporting ALL illegals. Where we differ is that I don't agree with surrendering liberty for "security"..... especially when it happens through a tactic that has been used over and over and over.... yet still so many folks don't see what is going on.

When it comes to invasions by illegal immigrants, security IS liberty.

Leftards infringe on my freedoms when they sit down on freeways or drop rocks on passing cars. IMO that equates with terrorism. (Which by definition is political violence).

I like immigrants. My mother and father were both immigrants. They both had to work hard to earn their citizenship. They had to prove they had skills, and means.

I like Mexicans too. We probably have as much in common with Latinos as with Europeans. And both have an equal number of hooligans and commies. I work with Mexicans just about every day. They're hard working people, for the most part. Family people. Good people.

Illegal immigration is a problem, though. Generally in a secure country only the criminals seek illegal entry. But it's different when you throw your doors open and invite everyone in. Mexico has a cartel problem, the incidence of criminality is very significant. For every good Mexican that comes here, there's a bad one too. The net result is a dilution of the goodness in our own country.

I'm not in favor of indiscriminate deportation. I'm in favor of CAREFUL deportation. What's going on right now is not careful, it's being driven off lists generated by AI. IMHO people who are clean should be given an opportunity to prove themselves. We want immigrants who believe in truth, justice, and the American way. The more such immigrants we get the better off we are as a country.

Ummm no. If you had read Woodward's book about the firing of Comey, the blob was upset that Comey flew back on the FBI plane that he took out to California (I think it was in California when the blob fired him via tweet). The cruelty is the point. They know fully well that they are being assholes. The way you can tell this is that in the few cases when being an asshole actually hurts them, they tone it down. You don't stop your behavior if you don't know any better.

No. We’re trying to clean up the trash so we can save this country before we become Mexico.
This isn't how you clean the country up, Mexico is Mexico because of the corruption, Trump is corruption.

Woodward is a shill. A mole. For whom we can only speculate.

They are trying to remove the Mexicans from the US and they are ICE agents.

So what you cite as examples of cruelty are "bully behaviors" and "bombastic" language ?

Removing illegal invaders is not looking at them as lessor people. Its looking at them like law breakers to be deported.

Just like every other nation on the planet.

Remember, Mac is an admitted Obama voter.
