Never underestimate the stupidy of voters or of [small] Blue States. Several [small] Blue States are already in favor of the winner of the popular vote getting their state's electoral votes regardless of how their people voted.

Imagine you live in such a state and you vote for 'A' but 'B' wins the so-called popular vote nationally and that state then gives your vote to 'B'. Talk about suppressing the vote.
