Obviously that's not true and, despite all the screeching from the Left, Donald Trump is proving that the President isn't King nor can he wave his scepter and fix everything as they will. If anything, Congress is King.

Even if Trump resigns, which I believe he will before the end of his term ("medical reasons"?) and President Pence is sworn in as POTUS, the Republicans still have a lot of work to do and a long road to travel in order to enact their agenda.
