Majority of Americans would give up alcohol to see Donald Trump impeached,

Habits, especially life long habits are difficult to give up.

BUT

I gave up smoking after 30 years, because I gave my word to my daughter to do so, if her soccer team = which I coached at the time - won an international tournament. Well, they did it in 1984 in the WAGS tournament in D,C. and I did.

I assured my son that I would quit drinking hard liquor if he never starts, and I did.

I never gave up anything for political reasons. Nor have I heard of anyone who did.

....
Even if Trump resigns, which I believe he will before the end of his term ("medical reasons"?) and President Pence is sworn in as POTUS, the Republicans still have a lot of work to do and a long road to travel in order to enact their agenda.
President Trump will have achieved everything he promised to do by the end of his first term. He will have fulfilled all he strived for, and made America great again.

No need for second term. Second term is for those who failed in their first term.
Feel free to expand on the specifics of Trump's accomplishments by the end of his term...or just remain vague. As it is, I have a $25 bet with another member that Trump won't be President the morning of January 20th, 2021.

You are free to cheerlead and voice your opinion, but if you have some specific facts to share on exactly what President Trump will accomplish by the end of his term, I'd love to hear them.

Let us meet again (on the internet) on the morning of 1-20-2021 and find out who was right.

until then it's nothing more than wishful thinking and bravado on both our part.
Sounds good to me although I think we'll know the answer by the end of 2018.

FWIW, the RNC is scared shitless about the beating they will be taking in November 2018....and they should be. So far, their agenda in 2017 has been thwarted by Tweets and investigations.

The only way that he would not be President on the morning of 20 January 2021 would be if he is prematurely removed from office. Otherwise, even if he loses the 2020 election, or doesn't run, he's still President until his successor is inaugurated later that day.

Majority of Americans would give up alcohol to see Donald Trump impeached, finds survey

73 per cent of Democrats and 17 per cent of Republicans say they would cut out the liquor if the official political process of removing the President were to be put in motion

Maya Oppenheim 27 June 2017

The study carried out by Detox.net surveyed 1,013 men and women across the US.

Most Americans would stop drinking alcohol to see Trump impeached
---------------

And of those 73 percent of democrats, 99.5 percent of them were lying their asses off or figuring there was a loophole like give up alcohol for a day.

I'd give up all alcohol if corrupt politicians would be publicly hung in Lafayette Square, Washington, DC
