You should be drug tested, all of the time for everything, because freedom.Hopefully, this leads to drug testing for all gun buyers. How many of them have cannabis in their systems when they buy a firearm? It may have been a month since their last cannabis use, but so what? Just do it.

Sorry...........no they got popped after trying to get away with it.
Did they use fake plastic dick dispensers? Those don't look very real, but it depends upon the observer.
But even the freeze-dried stuff needs to be mixed well and heated appropriately.
Pretty tough to get away with. You got pulled at the shift start. Empty pockets, wash hands while being observed. Most that were caught went out over the weekend and did some blow.
That does sound tough. And a bit Gestapo like. Oh well, I was looking for a job when I found this one.
They didn't observe you giving the sample, no flush, check for waste. They had a nurse on duty several days a week. FAA testing. It eventually included alcohol tests too.
Down the road it was DOT CDL stuff at clinics and they were pretty much the same.
Our tests included alcohol too. Typical DoD contractor stuff. A co-worker of mine who had consumed mucho cerveza the night before tested at .006 BAC. He was given a warning.
We didn't start alcohol testing until the three man crew on a 727 departed drunk, someone notified ahead, and two hours after landing, they still were beyond FAA limits. All three did jail time.

A president can only issue pardons for people who have been convicted. A president can't shield someone from prosecution. The latter is "immunity", not a pardon.A Full and Unconditional Pardon
