Lutecia James won’t stop her vendetta against Trump

1. A $125 million Deutsche Bank loan issued in connection with purchasing and developing the Doral Golf Resort and Spa in Miami, Florida, which closed on June 11, 2012 (the Doral Loan).
2. A Deutsche Bank loan issued in connection with refinancing an existing$130 million loan for Trump Chicago, a hotel owned and managed by Trump entities, which closed on November 9, 2012 (the Trump Chicago Loan).
3. A $170 million Deutsche Bank construction loan issued in connection with redeveloping the Old Post Office in Washington, D.C. into a luxury hotel, which closed on August 12, 2014 (the OPO Loan).
I appreciate your work. Thanks.

The court upheld the verdict AS A COMPROMISE to get a result. There was no majority for anything except that the fine was absolutely ridiculous. Two justices wanted a complete do-over with both a new judge and a new prosecutor, two wanted the verdict to stand and one wanted the entire case thrown out. The compromise allowed the court to kick the can down the road to the next level of appeals court in New York for a decision.

Bullshit. The Verdict stands.

Trump is a crook and always has been, but those who are participating in his vendettas and abuses will themselves be prosecuted when Trump is done.

The abuses of this administration will be punished just as Trumps staffers and co-conspirators were the ones who got arrested and convicted after his last administration.

Deutsche Bank has had a long and complicated relationship with Donald Trump, serving as a key lender to his organization despite various controversies and legal issues surrounding Trump's financial practices. The bank has faced scrutiny for its role in financing Trump, particularly regarding allegations of inflated asset values and potential money laundering activities. WNYC Studios The Guardian

Former DB officials have claimed that Moscow was backing and protecting Trump’s dealings with the Banke. They also said Trump’s net worth was in fact around $300 million which is the amount he inherited from Fred.

Yes, it was 175 million, but Trump put up cash collateral, the cost was probably less than one percent, maybe .5%.
Why don't you link that?

And why do leftists never link their facts?

Yeah, when you have four bankruptcies on your credit you have an awesome credit score.
Trump's individual credit score was not likely important. And I have no idea if corporations have credit scores.

I rethought it and it made no sense to me. My apologies.

I’m smarter than you. I also work harder. You’re too lazy to educate yourself and read the decision. That’s not my fault. It’s probably because you’re an entitled asshole.
Nah. You big poopyhead

Lisa, do not fret. I know, the LEFTISTS on this site pretend they are going to get EVERY conservative, nail them to a wall, then throw eggs at them.

REALITY IS------------> If you don't reside in a very deep blue state, the chances of DEMOQUACKS getting elected to anything significant, is zero to none.

They come on this little site and pretend they are Hercules, Zina, and they and their friends are in charge of everything. Want to know the truth?!?!?!?!?! They are soooooooooo screwed, that they are losing voters in every jurisdiction. In fact, the DNC is in soooooooo much trouble financially, they are considering temporarily stopping their "pay for posts" program, lol.

Damn, they do that, and this site, and every other site that is political, is going to shrink massively as LEFTISTS actually have to......GASP......GET A REAL JOB!

Just be confident. These people are getting clobbered, they know they are getting clobbered, they know.....I know they are getting clobbered, and now they are really pi**ed off, because if you did NOT know they were getting clobbered politically, you and everyone else sure knows it now, lolololol!
Why do you hate your country?

Can I ask, if this person still doesn't stop and is determined to violate his Civil Rights, is there a point when the courts will determine it vexatious?

So you are disputing the FACT that the appeals court was split three ways and this was a compromise. The only thing the agreed upon was the fine was absolutely ridiculous.

In the fall of 1992, after he cut a deal with U.S. banks to work off nearly a billion dollars in personal debt, Donald Trump put on a big gala for himself in Atlantic City to announce his comeback. Party guests were given sticks with a picture of Trump's face glued to them so they could be photographed posing as the famous real-estate mogul. As the theme music from the movie Rocky filled the room, an emcee shouted, “Let's hear it for the king!” and Trump, wearing red boxing gloves and a robe, burst through

Don Hankey, the billionaire chairman of Knight Insurance Group, told NBC News he was negotiating to post a far heftier bond of $557 million with the Trump Organization when the state Appellate Division lowered the required bond to $175 million. A bond for that amount was posted Monday night, underwritten by Hankey's Knight Specialty Insurance Co. Hankey said the bond was fully collateralized by cash from Trump's company.

For fully cash-collateralized surety bonds, the premium rate is typically very low, often under 1% of the total bond amount. The rate reflects the minimal risk taken by the surety company, as the bond is secured by liquid assets rather than relying on the applicant's creditworthiness. In some cases, the interest earned on the cash collateral may even offset or exceed the premium

Why would they subpoena financial records from Trump if they were investigating the relationship between Deutsche Bank and Russia? Damn but you people are so gullible.

In early 2013 no American bank was willing to loan Trump, or his company, Jack squat. Later that year Trump starts working with Russia, got a beauty pageant to run you know. Then he applies to a US subsidiary of Deutsche Bank for a three hundred plus million dollar loan. At almost the same time, Gaxprombank, a bank controlled by the Russian government, deposits over five hundred million with that Deutsche Bank subsidiary, tells them they can do what they want with that money. Well what do you know, Trump gets the loan. Has Deutsche Bank, and the US subsidiary gotten in trouble for laundering Russian money? Why yes, yes they have. I gave you just one case, the reality is Deutsche Bank has paid billions in fines to the US and the United Kingdom.
