I call that freedom of speech. On the other hand if the freakazoid was an elected politician or a candidate for political representation it would be a different matter. It ain't always the truth just because you find it on the internet.

Okay bonehead let me give you two examples to prove that you're wrong as only one of these would be considered murder for one's speech.


1. If somebody from the left says that they hate Trump and a Republican shoots them dead that is an example for murder of their speech and it is illegal and goes against both the first and second amendment.


2. If somebody from the left says that they want to put a bullet in your brain and a Republican shoots them dead, unfortunately that is still considered murder and illegal (although it really shouldn't be in my book) but in this example they shot and killed them because they felt threatened and there's the difference.
