Since then, they slowly took over the health care industry, and have made it impossible to get health care any longer, unless you buy and prepay expensive, private, insurance.
And they have also gutted the health care quality to below that of the whole rest of the civilized world, even though we are forced to pay over twice as much for it.

Think about how you are forced to prepay for health care that you can later be denied coverage on and dropped at any time, regardless of how much you already paid in.
