In a late term abortion, the doctor always makes sure the head comes out, preferably first. One Abortion nurse reported that the doctors she worked for would never call it the head. They would say "number one is out," to indicate the hardest part of the abortion was over (for the doctor and nurses, not for the woman who has the rest of her life to live with the memory).

There is nothing nice about abortion, no matter how you dress it up in "women's rights."*
