I don't believe the cut off is 16. It might be 12. Depending on the girl's maturity. Some 12 year old girls are very physically mature. I certainly was. At 12 I looked more like 22.

I am not a troll. I have been trying to explain to you for several posts now that what I want to say is that headless and with skull or part of the skull are two different things

That's the ONLY point I want to make here.

I don't want to go into the morals of the situation of having or not such a baby I'll leave that to others.
