Although the amount was his ill gotten gain, I think it is too high....and could be reduced with a penalty amount, appeal.

James asked for $350 million penalty, with no reason not to believe Trump had 350 million in cash, to pay it because Trump swore in a deposition for this trial that he had about $400 million in liquid assets. She didn't expect him having this trouble he is having to come up with the penalty.

While Trump appeals the actual case, without him putting up the penalty money.... she has to go through the courts to put liens on any assets or equity in properties if he has any and is not mortgaged out with them, and it is a long process.... NONE will be sold or cashed in on until he loses his appeal in court....if he wins, all liens are off.

Among the things that Trump has renounced by his life and actions are any senses of decorum, "politesse" or respect. He has destroyed any possibility of deserving these.
