Israel gives in to the Palestinian demand to end all Jewish settlements in Gaza to provide the Palestinians their own Jew free Gaza. And Israel is thanked ever since with Gaza being a rocket missile base breeding terrorists to destroy Israel & kill Israeli citizens.

Since when does anyone need a court issue warrant to arrest a person? If the police think a person may have committed a crime then they are entitled to question them and arrest them. Israel is at war and is entitled to do what it should do to protect its citizens from the enemy.

Which interprets as if the law says yiu are suspected of a crime you can be detained for a period of time while the re3levant authorities do their job in evidence gathering.

Simple enough to understand, they can be held and will be provided with legal assistance. They can be placed before a court that can decide they need to be held until such a time as the investigation into the crime is concluded and they are then either released or sent back to court to be sentenced.

The same laws apply the world over.
