Minneapolis leaders are working to sign off on workers’ compensation packages totaling close to $35 million to be paid to former police officers who left the force amid the civil unrest that happened in the wake of the death of George Floyd last May, according to a report.

Some 200 former Minneapolis police and firefighters left the department after claiming to have suffered physical injuries or post-traumatic stress in the fallout that occurred after a bystander video showing then-Minneapolis officer Derek Chauvin kneeling on Floyd’s neck went viral, evoking consecutive nights of civil unrest that included the burning of the 3rd precinct.

As much as I would love to laugh at this news, I may not even have the ability smile if the money truly does come from the pockets of those who have done the rioting because such an occurrence may only give them another reason to riot even more.

The problem here is the rioters won't be affected. Most don't have jobs or pay taxes so the folks the paid for police protection now get to pay for not having any and the city marches on.

Those four people died because Hillary Clinton was worried about the "optics" of having a heavy security force protecting our State Department staff in Libya and denied the Ambassador's repeated requests that she not cut his security detail.

Then when the shit hit the fan and those American's in Benghazi were killed...Hillary Clinton lied to the American people and to the families of those slain Americans when she blamed the attack on a response to a You Tube video. Who does something THAT scummy? Hillary Clinton...that's who!

What brought Hillary down were those lies. If she'd simply taken responsibility for what took place in Benghazi and not tried to stonewall the Congressional investigation they never would have found out about her hidden servers. Talk about poetic justice! The investigation into Benghazi uncovered how Hillary was running a pay for play scheme at the Justice Department and hiding it by going through servers that she KNEW she shouldn't be using!
