The game probably was a work, but so what?

In this age of playing in front of empty stadiums, its just a lot easier to do it. The NFL could be actually taping any number of games right now early Sunday morning to be shown on TV this afternoon and evening, and no one would be the wiser.

The NFL is an entertainment event, but if it isn't entertaining enough and the audience is decreasing, it makes sense to change it around and make it more interesting for people.

That's what they did in wrestling you know. It used to be legit- but boring- but they juiced it up, made it a work, and it became the national pasttime.

If you want a “fixed” game, look at Super Bowl III between the Jets and the Colts

The Colts drove the ball inside the 20 five times in the first half and came away with zero points.

You don’t have to “fix” anything for the Atlanta Falcons to blow a game

You may have a point there, but personally I don't see a problem with any game being fixed- as long as they didn't go to Vegas and make huge wagers on the event.

Watched the video- can't say it was a conspiracy- but, stupid and incompetent comes to mind- kinda like cops and body cameras- ruh-roh- the penalty the refs pay will probably be about the same as the supid and incompetent cops-

Fake wrestling has never been "the national past time."
