Lol and this is what they want?

LOL even with the govt subsidizing it, they cant keep the doors open. Looks like a grocery store in a third world country.
Big government kills and destroys. Thats it.

Too much shoplifting, and too much red tape to make decisions on repairs, maintenance and probably simple things like choosing suppliers.

I mean, seriously. How many generations of failure, death and destruction do you need, to understand that power corrupts, and big government is one of humanities biggest flaws?
Will the human species ever grow the **** up?

WTF....Too lazy to even post the title?

Kansas City taxpayers poured millions into subsidized grocery store now on verge of closing

"im progressive! I want the govt to control everything!"
Actual progress is freedom and liberty. Government control is as old as civilization.
Just more words leftists love to rape.

No, I chose the title I wanted. Thanks for adding absolutely nothing to the convo

Your "cute" title had shit all to do with anything.
He is leading in the polls, genius. So, yes, this is what they want.
You trying to be "cute" with your trolling is boring.
Good day!

Don't forget that "big government" Roman Empire (and others) spent enormous G.D.P. percentages on military, controlled anything it wished to, and lasted a very long time. It isn't "big government", it is how it functions. Though generally leaning to "least is best" in principle, we have to recognize that in the age of the "robber barons", government was necessary to reign in capitalistique excess.

Yep, no meat, no vegetables, one bag of hot dog buns, one bag of hamburger buns(?)....what the hell, we have no business...LOL.

Lol. The romans only had conditional rights, barely any freedom, slaves were property under law. They couldnt even pick their own job.
But I get your point. Taking over the world by the sword and fear by big government means its functioning fine.

There was no mention of "fine" in the post, only function. China "functions" well, and the people seem happy with the safety on the streets and provisions of care. It may not be to our taste (for sure), but we can understand their being content. seeing that in the U.S there is constant government corruption, mismanagement and outright stupidity, one wonders why we would be willing to burn down the world just to resist someone else who thinks they know better (and may!) from having their turn. The duopoly has certainly done its utmost to make voters doubt the necessity of continuing with it in power.

Wall Street Politburo

Same with big business. Immature Americans desperately and childishly looking for infallible father-figures will worship one supreme power or the other.

The Road to Perdition Is Patrician

The Roman Empire became hereditary tyranny after the plebeians were pacified with "bread and circuses." The fact that it lasted so long was repeated by the French HeirHead Hierarchy, which went on for a thousand years before it got the guillotine it deserved from the very beginning.
