Just found this out via my bud Billy.......and still laughing so hard, my sides hurt!!

Now.....I think even t he EPA head must be confirmed by the Senate so might not happen, but clearly shows that Trump gets it on the EPA no longer having anything to do with the environment.......duh........he gets that the EPA exists in 2016 only to destroy small business.
