I thought I heard that High Chief Warren had no sympathy for those parents who bribed the powers that be lots and lots of money to get them into particular universities.

I know when I applied to Officer Candidate school while on active-duty, I needed recommendations from Senators, Senior Officers, or other people holding high office. I wasn't well connected like some of the privileged few, so I was deemed qualified, but not selected.
