Well no, it has absolutely nothing to do with this. The Clinton Foundation isn't a PAC and this isn't about sleazy donations or skirting the law. We have PACs as a result of Campaign Finance Reform laws. Candidates not only don't control the PACs, they expressly can't conspire with PACs or they can be sent to prison for a felony.
