Liz Cheney Referred For Criminal Prosecution

What was your point then

Sure sounded like that’s what you were saying
Your complete lack of reading comprehension skills isn’t my problem, Cletus.

Perjury, subornation of perjury, and criminal witness tampering....I'm sure there can be a violation of rights charge that can be thrown in there for good measure.
She will need a really good team of lawyers. Not to worry though it could only last couple of years

Look, imo the prosecutions of Trump were absurd, UNLESS there was evidence he was connected to the mob's decision to invade the capital. (Although lobbying for GA's election folks to "find" more votes could be a crime as well .... if the dems could spin "finding" as "creating" votes. But imo that's a stretch)

But like it or not, Cheney was legally elected and legally placed on the committee.
Does that shield her from breaking the law? Asking for a very nervous Republican.

Her severe TDS broke her , she cought go to prison.🤔

The House Administration Oversight Subcommittee, led by Chairman Barry Loudermilk (R-Ga.), released an interim report on Tuesday regarding the January 6 Capitol riot. The report concluded that the attack was preventable and also called for an investigation into former Rep. Liz Cheney over allegations of criminal witness tampering during the Democrat-led congressional inquiry into the event.

Based on the evidence obtained by this Subcommittee, numerous federal laws were likely broken by Liz Cheney, the former Vice Chair of the January 6 Select Committee, and these violations should be investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation,” the report states.

With new leadership in the FBI, this actually could be a real investigation. :113:

BREAKING: Liz Cheney Referred For Criminal Investigation For Witness Tampering Related to J6 ‘Star Witness’ Cassidy Hutchinson

17 Dec 2024 ~~ By Cristina Laila

The Committee on House Administration’s Subcommittee on Oversight Chairman Barry Loudermilk (R-GA) released a second report on the events surrounding January 6 as well his investigation into the weaponized J6 Committee on Tuesday.
“This interim report reveals that there was not just one single cause for what happened at the U.S. Capitol on January 6; but it was a series of intelligence, security, and leadership failures at several levels and numerous entities,” Loudermilk said.
Loudermilk’s report outlined criminal recommendations against J6 Committee co-chair Liz Cheney for witness tampering based on her communication with J6 ‘star witness’ Cassidy Hutchinson.
The Committee’s Top Findings:
1. Former Representative Liz Cheney colluded with “star witness” Cassidy Hutchinson without Hutchinson’s attorney’s knowledge.
2. Former Representative Liz Cheney should be investigated for potential criminal witness tampering based on the new information about her communication.
3. Cassidy Hutchinson’s most outrageous claims lacked any evidence, and the Select Committee had knowledge that her claims were false when they publicly promoted her.
  • President Trump did not attack his Secret Service Detail at any time on January 6.
  • President Trump did not have intelligence indicating violence on the morning of January 6.
  • Cassidy Hutchinson falsely claimed to have drafted a handwritten note for President Trump on January 6.
  • Representative Cheney and Cassidy Hutchinson baselessly attempted to disbar Hutchinson’s former attorney.
4. Former Representative Liz Cheney used the January 6 Select Committee as a tool to attack President Trump, at the cost of investigative integrity and Capitol security.
5. The January 6 Select Committee was improperly constituted and lacked authority.
6. The January 6 Select Committee neglected or withheld evidence from its Final Report and deleted voluminous records it should have preserved.
7. The Department of Defense scapegoated the Washington D.C. National Guard to distract blame from senior leadership.

A bar complaint was filed against Liz Cheney in October for secretly communicating with J6 ‘star witness’ Cassidy Hutchinson while she was being represented by attorney Stefan Passantino.
The Gateway Pundit compiled a list of Cassidy Hutchinson’s 9 confirmed lies from her debunked congressional testimony.

Commentary:
So not only did the FBI hire part timers to infiltrate to stir the J-6 crowd, but now we find that Liz Cheney illegally conspired with her 'star witness' Cassidy Hutchinson to fabricate lies about it.
With all of this exposed collusion, this is enough to tell you that they knew exactly what they were doing with the "Select J-6 Committee".
Biden has taken yet another step further into the sewer of corruption that's insofar as I know unprecedented in American history. The worst administration in the history of our once great country. Biden will live in infamy, as will his puppet master Obama.
These "pre-emptive pardons" are going to be ruled unconstitutional. The one between Ford and Nixon was never challenged. Now with the abuse that FJB is about to do.......it WILL be challenged.

Cheney was not acting as Huchinson’s lawyer nitwit. She was conducting an investigation much as a DA might
Not an investigation.

A witch hunt.

An investigation would not have involved grooming a witness.

Grooming?

Nice turn of a phrase but an interview ain’t that
