Liz Cheney Referred For Criminal Prosecution

Her severe TDS broke her , she cought go to prison.🤔

The House Administration Oversight Subcommittee, led by Chairman Barry Loudermilk (R-Ga.), released an interim report on Tuesday regarding the January 6 Capitol riot. The report concluded that the attack was preventable and also called for an investigation into former Rep. Liz Cheney over allegations of criminal witness tampering during the Democrat-led congressional inquiry into the event.

Based on the evidence obtained by this Subcommittee, numerous federal laws were likely broken by Liz Cheney, the former Vice Chair of the January 6 Select Committee, and these violations should be investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation,” the report states.

She broke no law, other than being a lemming for 47.

If there is credible evidence that Liz Cheney tampered with witnesses or suppressed exculpatory evidence, by all means this should be pursued. But the evidence had better be credible.

The DOJ contrived various reasons to drop this investigation. The whistleblower said that this man used his wife's phone to talk to reporters when he leaked information. The DOJ says there was no evidence of him using his wife's phone.

The IG report, on the other hand, says that the man and his wife were both publicly known to use each other's phones and email accounts.

The man also claimed that he couldn't have leaked classified information to these three reporters because he had a... years-long pre-existing relationship with these three reporters.
This staffer was a guy named James A Wolfe, he was a senior director on the Senate Select Intelligence Committee. He had been leaking to the press for years and was living part-time with a NYT reporter. One of the other reporters also shared the residence.

He leaked the information about the Carter Page FISA warrant. That got the attention of the FBI, because they knew it was an illegal warrant. So they were in damage control mode, and began collecting the communications of staffers and reporters trying to find out who was responsible.

For all his years of leaking classified information to the press, no charges were ever brought against Wolfe. He pled guilty to two counts of "the old standby", lying to the FBI (18 USC 1001), and was sentenced to 2 months and a $7,500 fine.

PLease do so. This is going to be great!

Don't forget Wray...and Comey!
I think every declaration you made about Trump can’t run, got him now, he won’t win, in jail, and all the coloring book renderings you distribute come up incorrect

This is what happens when a criminal sociopath like Trump is elected to high office & when his bootlickers like Loudermilk sell there souls to do the dirty work of Satan's messenger boy, Trump.

Witness tampering is a crime, at least here in America.
Wait.........you're saying trump committed ANOTHER crime?

Representative Liz Cheney said on Tuesday that the House Jan. 6 committee had been told that former President Donald J. Trump reached out in the last two weeks to a witness in the panel’s investigation, and that the committee had informed the Justice Department of the approach.

Ms. Cheney supplied few details and did not identify the witness in question, but she pointedly linked Mr. Trump’s outreach to concerns the committee has raised in the past about witness tampering.

“After our last hearing, President Trump tried to call a witness in our investigation, a witness you have not yet seen in these hearings,” said Ms. Cheney, a Wyoming Republican who serves as the committee’s vice chairwoman.

“That person declined to answer or respond to President Trump’s call, and instead alerted their lawyer to the call,” she continued. “Their lawyer alerted us. And this committee has supplied that information to the Department of Justice. Let me say one more time, we will take any effort to influence witness testimony very seriously.”

That's what the whole "deep state" thing is all about, even if the rubes don't know it.

Shut down anyone who can hold Jesus 2.0 accountable for anything.

Lol, that's rich, since, from the beginning of all of this, the left has maintained that the democrats have done absolutely nothing wrong. For 10 years, they have been perfect angels, every allegations levied against democracy has been met with "noo noo, we're the good guys and we're saints and would never do anything wrong", while at the same time "trump is the devil and everything he does is evil and criminal!"

Lol, there's a pattern there.

Trump’s Obstruction of Justice, From Mueller to Now

The new reporting from the Post and the Times, though, adds the additional element that Trump personally asked Cannon to tell the Archives all documents had been returned. The Post also reports that Trump did so after himself “pack[ing] the boxes that were returned in January.” From the government’s filings, the scope of the former president’s direct involvement with the documents held at Mar-a-Lago was unclear. But now it seems that Trump himself was personally responsible for at least some of the decision-making around the handling of the documents.

News of such conduct by a former president obviously would have been noteworthy under any circumstances. But this isn’t even the only recent incident of potential obstruction of justice by Trump and those in his orbit. During its summer 2022 hearings, the Jan. 6 committee announced that the former president and his advisers had reached out to witnesses providing information to Congress. One witness, later reported to be White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson, received phone calls telling her that—in her words—“as long as I continue to be a team player … I’m protecting who I need to protect, you know, I’ll continue to stay in good graces in Trump World. And they have reminded me a couple of times that Trump does read transcripts” of interviews before the committee. In another instance, Hutchinson was told that an individual—unnamed by the committee, but identified by Politico as former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, Hutchinson’s one-time boss—“knows you’re loyal, and you’re going to do the right thing when you go in for your deposition.”

After a subsequent hearing, committee Vice Chair Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.) announced, “President Trump tried to call a witness in our investigation. … That person declined to answer or respond to President Trump’s call and instead alerted their lawyer to the call.” The Post later reported that Trump had also called other witnesses “throughout the Jan. 6 investigation.”

Goddam right the insurrection was preventable.

Trump needed to shut the fuck up and take his loss like a fucking grownup.
TDS has clouded your thinking... Same thing that happened to Liz Cheney 😮

And Biden's Justice Department investigated it and declined to prosecute. End of story.
