Lindsey Graham Trying to Throw the Midterm Elections to Democrats with Divisive Abortion Bill… Was Mitch McConnell Behind It?

Bullshit.

What minority view?

There's only one view, it's what's written down. You don't get to change it without going through the process.
Most justices in the United States do not agree with what went down with Roe versus Wade. They followed on minority viewpoint to achieve their agenda. And the agenda was based on lies and perjury.

www.newyorker.com Clarence Thomas has his own Constitution. February 20th., 2019. Most justices in the United States do not agree with his orescaliers interpretation of the Constitution. That's a fact. The three new supreme Court justices sworn in under trump swore under oath that Roe versus Wade was settled law, precedent. They are all guilty of poetry and unfit to remain on the Supreme Court.

Like Right to Peaceably Assemble, like vast majority of Jan. 6 protesters now being prosecuted?
You would be correct if there were only a couple hundred at the Capitol on January 6th. But there were thousands, only the ones who committed criminal acts are being prosecuted.

I was thinking the same thing. And he has always been a Deep State rat. Why this? Why now? He is not an unskilled politician. He is trying to throw the game.

"But Lindsey Graham wants to change the subject. Lindsey Graham wants the 2022 midterm election to be all about abortion.

Earlier this week Lindsey Graham announced legislation to ban abortion in the US after 15 weeks."

The subject is not going to be changed from abortion in the first place.

lol

You're nuts, man.

The Constitution explicitly states, that anything not authorized to the federal government belongs to the States

Abortion is not and has not ever been authorized to FedGov. Therefore it belongs to the States. End of story

Same reason the libtards will get the snot beat out of them on Nov 8
The people you call libertarian are called that because they are reasonable people. They understand that a president has little power over the economy. Supply and demand dictates most of it. But libertarians do understand that Republicans have made all women in the United States second class citizens. Women make up more than 50% of the population. Now the Republicans are beginning to attack gay people. Gay people and other non-conforming gender people and their allies make up more than 50% of the younger generation now. Whoever the Republicans put up wherever they put them up I think they're going to be strongly defeated. The Republicans have thoroughly abused the majority of Americans and continue to try to limit their freedoms. Equality and justice are main stays in American society. Republicans no longer represent that, they are an extremist group overall with agendas that will serve no one very well, not even themselves.

The Gateway Pundit is a conspiracy rag.

Nevertheless, a super-majority of Americans are opposed to abortion after the first trimester. That's 13 weeks. Graham's proposal is 15 weeks, and he proposed exceptions for rape, incest, and health of the mother.

Graham's proposal is actually a demographic winner. But you won't hear the pro-abortionists framing it that way. They are telling the rubes he is trying to ban all abortions and forcing rape victims to give birth.

Graham's timing and messaging sucks, but it can take wing if the GOP wins the House and/or Senate.

Biden would be faced with vetoing a bill which 2/3 of Americans would support.

I honestly feel many establishment Republicans in Congress really have no desire to control anything. They love riding the Swamp gravy train and bitching about how Democrats run things. It’s an easy life. You can make a fortune selling influence and using insider trading tips. Plus complaining is much more fun and far easier than actually leading.

That’s why so many establishment Republicans hated Trump. He wanted to actually do something he had promised and was forcing Republicans to actually do something for a change.

What You Can do to Prevent Election Fraud in November: Demand Full Local Signature-Matching of Mail-In Ballots, with Observers Present

"On a Bannon War Room podcast, a NM law professor, former prosecutor, and election integrity activist said that acting locally, at the County election commission level, is the key for anyone wishing to help prevent voter fraud in the upcoming midterm elections, by demanding of county commissioners that they ban the use of vote counting machines such as Dominion and ES&S, in favor of hand counting ballots. Ballots are counted by hand in Germany, Canada, France, Ireland, Italy, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, and at least 53 other countries.

Also high on the list of confidence-building safeguards against systemic election fraud is the public observation of the signature verification process for mail-in ballots, an area which was especially contentious in the 2020 presidential election."
