Lindsey Graham and a Democrat senator want Mueller to investigate to find out if T wanted him fired

Just heard this on the radio news.

Graham: Mueller should probe report Trump wanted to fire him

This circus is ridiculous. I mean so what if he was considering it. Not sure when thoughts became criminal or worthy of criminal investigations.

It apparently was far more than thoughts. The only thing that stopped him was McGahn's threat to quit. It is something that should be looked into because it follows with Trump's asking Comey to drop his investigation of Flynn.
Is this fake news or fake news? Hard to tell these days

Anything you say is fake news because you are a Trump toady.
Naw. The msm just lies a lot so getting the truth these days is like tossing a coin. Been that way far longer than Trump has been relevant. He just coined a funny meme that makes leftists wet themselves in fits of rage so it's fun to use.

Its not a criminal act to do what he has full authority to do

WRONG.......The independent counsel statute specifically states that the appointed counsel is indeed "independent"......

trump can keep firing all the people he wants from the DOJ until he finds some stooge to do his bidding to fire Mueller.....

The repercussions of such an action by Trump would constitute his end.....just like it did for Nixon.

So, I actually would like for Trump to fire Mueller and have the entire FBI, DOJ and congress escort his fat, orange ass to the nearest golf course.

It shows the desperation of the left. Now they're going after him for what he might have been thinking. They need a distraction from their criminal activity at the FBI and this is the best they can come up with.

Not what he was thinking. What he actually did. Discussing firing Mueller wouldn't be a problem. Ordering thee white house council to fire him would be obstruction of justice, even if the white house council refused to do it.

Are you telling everyone on this board that Trump can NOT legally fire Mueller if he wants to?

While it would be political suicide, he can fire him 5 minutes from now if he wants to!

Sure he can do it for a legitimate reason, but if he is shown to have done it to hinder the investigation, that would not be a legitimate reason, and he will be guilty of obstruction of justice.

And so, has the investigation been hindered? Is it still not going on? Has he not turned over thousands of pages requested of his team, and more?

And so, let me get this straight------------> Trump decided to fire Mueller, and TOLD someone.........anyone............he was doing it to obstruct Mueller from finding out something. Really? Really!

So what you are REALLY saying is-----------> If he wanted to fire him, it HAD to be to obstruct, because I read his mind, being the great Karnak and all-)

Look Bulldog, I have no bone to pick with the investigation, UNLESS it was started on false pretenses. I am willing to wait and see what is going on, although I believe the Left got crooked, almost as much as you believe they did not and that Trump is the real crook.

Either way this goes, Americans are screwed. We can't allow a politician to collude with the Russians to gain the White House, nor can we have the FBI, DOJ, etc try and weaponized themselves in politics.

We must BOTH understand, that more than likely, it was one way or the other. I am hoping for a 3rd option to pop up, because if either of the 1st 2 are true, we have probably lost our country!

Why ?
We have had them before nothing crashed people were informed and you get new people .

Where do you get this shit? LOL

Which part do you think is wrong?

WANTING Mueller fired is no more a crime than 'Collusion' is.

Right.. Or its fake because its made up, like this entire obstruction case. He is obstructing an investigation that has no underlying charge? Really? How do you do that?

Talking about it wouldn't be a crime, but if he gave the order to fire him, that's when it became a criminal act, even if the white house council refused to follow that order. Lots of people in the Trump white house know what actually happened, and Mueller has already talked to many who would know.

Its not a criminal act to do what he has full authority to do

It has to do with his reason for doing it.

As long as Mueller is exercising executive power, the president has the authority to fire him

Firing someone is not obstruction of justice.

It just isn't

And horses aren't cows. Dogs aren't cats. Men aren't women.

Denial isn't going. Make it so

Firing someone to with the intention of obstructing a criminal investigation is. Obviously neither you or Trump0 seems to understand that.

For one thing, no one has shown any evidence he tried to fire Mueller. Even if he had fired him, it isn't ILLEGAL. He can fire him if he wants to. Who told you otherwise?

Who won Rasmussen's first annual fake news award? None other than Fox News and by 20 points over the second place finisher.

He needs to fire

I wish he would fire that horse already! Send a bolt lightening right up Muellers ass!

Martha Stewart was essentially convicted of obstruction and no underlying criminal charge was ever filed.

Firing Mueller would not obstruct nor stop the "Russia Collusion" investigation in any way.
