We've seen it crash several times in the last two years, further providing proof that Obama's policies aren't doing a damn thing. Hell, even Biden says we will never recover the over 8 million jobs lost. An obvious admission that the policies are failing.

When the jobs are created. When people are no longer losing their homes. When small businesses stop closing up shop. When small businesses are being created. We will call Obama's policies a success. So far, it's not happening. And that is exactly the opposite of what he promised.
