If you thought it may not be yours. Most states if divorce is not in process before the child is born the married man is presumed the father. In other words you pay child support regardless of whether or not the child is yours. In my state this is the case can not speak for his state.

Well we really do not know. One thing that leads me to believe it may not have been his was the fact that his wife in her original filing applied for spousal maintenance and then waved it. Never met a woman that would wave such a thing unless something waved over her head to stop it. Like her also being an elected official and not wanting her illegitimate child on the six o'clock news. Just not how women are built these days. They know they can torch us and like it. Believe me when I say I have first hand experience in this. If his kid though ya man card revoked.
