Honestly, that sounds like a bunch of bullshit. There are frontline soldiers that have been fighting since the start of the war, including one of my friends, whose still fighting on the front since being deployed in March 2022.

The Ukey Nazis have been employing the equivalent of "suicide " tactics , endlessly repeating the same mistakes, never apparently learning , and latterly casualties have been astronomic , near 1000 a day .
Presently up to ten thousand are trapped in Bakhmut , completely surrounded .
What this translates to in terms of this OP is academic .

However terrible it seems , the Russians have not been over bothered about the slowness of the Bakhmut operation as the enemy has acted as though they were on an endless suicide belt -- being wiped out time after time with only minimal Russian losses .
Later , the verdict over this critical battle phase will be marvelled at by top analysts and top heads will roll .
Zelenskyy's days are numbered .
