Notice that not a single, solitary liberal here in the forum has posted a single post to honor our fallen warriors on Memorial Day. Instead, they're devoting their time to phony posturing and crocodile screaming over an innocent Memorial Day re-tweet by Eric Trump.

Eric Trump re-tweeted a tweet that showed a Trump family photo with the caption "The family that gave up everything to Save America," and the son added "And we will do it again!"

Well, a bunch of liberals, along with a few Never Trumpers, have pounced on this innocent re-tweet and painted it as disrespectful to the military and to our fallen soldiers.

Yeah, uh-huh. Most of these same liberals have routinely accused our soldiers of war crimes and continue to call for slashing the defense budget, and most of the liberal historians whom they read have repeatedly smeared our military in their writings.

When you point out these facts, liberals reply with the dubious, unverified story that Trump called fallen D-Day soldiers "suckers." The story originated with a bitter Never Trumper, former Trump chief of staff John Kelly. Republicans in Congress warned Trump that Kelly was unreliable and urged him to fire Kelly immediately after the Porter scandal, but Trump chose to ease him out rather than fire him immediately. No other aide who was with Trump when he supposedly made this remark heard him say any such thing.

Nobody in the Trump Family served in the military.

I guess I would take the word of General Kelly, who enlisted in the US Marines in 1970, earned a commission, and served for 46 years, earning the highest rank the military has.

Compared to Donald Trump, who dodged the draft with a fake bone spur diagnosis,

My late father was at Utah beach in 1944. He was not a "sucker", as Trump called him. I signed up for the military in 1981 and served until 1992. I was not a sucker, either. I served my country proudly.

It is obnoxious for the Trump Crime family to compare themselves to families that have given all.

Eric is a fetal alcohol syndrome baby, isn't he?

What year did Ivana go into treatment?

Not all of us have forgotten Trump's belittling of John McCain's War record and his time as a POW.

On Memorial Day, no one gives a shit about a family of grifters, none of whom served in the military, grandstanding for their daddy's political campaign to keep him out of prison. I wish I could say it was slimy and distasteful, and a complete lack of respect for people who have given their lives in service to their country...but we're talking about the Trump family. Slimy is their real last name.

Progs belittled McCain a hundred times more than Trump when he was the 2012 Republican candidate. It was so much fun watching Progs destroy Sarah Palin.
Palin deserved what she got but I defy you to show which Dem belittled McCain military service. Another case of a conservative with alternative facts?

McCain wasn't the 2012 GOP candidate. Mitt Romney was.

And for the most part, McCain was treated with respect in 2008. (Mostly because they knew he was toast from the minute he got the nomination.)

Making fun of Caribou Barbie, though, was icing on the cake.

So you are more patriotic because you support 1/6 and everything surrounding it? You're deplorable filth.

John Bolton who is no friend of Trump was there. Trump never made such a statement.
