If you watch the video you can see this was intentional... everyone on the scene says it looked intentional...
It appears to be intentional.
If you have raised any children in today's society, and know how they behave around their phones and driving though? Especially when you mix in the dope?
meh.
That could just as well explain this.
I have seen so many absolutely, insanely dumb teen accidents, that are completely, unexplainable. But, if you throw in smart phones and dope? It all makes sense.
Yes, teens and YA get into accidents, but the type they get into today, b/c they don't take driving with the seriousness it is? Quite frankly is unbelievable.
Even I have been hit, in some pretty bizarre instances. Someone just ran a stop sign, for no reason. Hit me in the side. Ran a one way-stop. I asked the cop to ask the person if they had been using their phone at the time of the accident, or check it for activity, but the cop claimed he had no right to look at the phone's activity.
IMO? I think that is bullshit. If someone causes injury or property damage in excess of a grand, police have every right to examine the time stamps of the activity in your phone, and what was going on there at the time of the accident.
