Letter in support of Judge Dugan signed by over 150 former state and federal judges.

Well, this whole thing was unimaginable. This could never happen here, ever.

I'm now thinking that our schools have done a very poor job of teaching world history.
Imagine how they'd be attacked by the regime if they had. Can't you just see Linda's righteous indignation over some civics teacher having his or her class learn about how Orban took over Hungary?

Oh my. You act like you're living during Kristallnacht.
Are you still here? Perhaps you're a gluten for punishment.

Trump was informed of the possibility of an FBI search by attorney Evan Corcoran, who met with Trump at Mar-a-Lago shortly after the subpoena was issued, ABC News first reported Wednesday.

It's not so much the legality of what Dugan did that's at issue in the letter. It's the way the regime conducted itself by the method of arresting her. And it's partially about the threats made against members of the judiciary made solely because the orange, bloviating cuck doesn't like having to obey the Constitution.
Should she be afforded some special treatment? She broke the law and was arrested. Just like anyone else who breaks the law.

We are former state and federal judges who join together to condemn the Trump Administration’s attacks on the judiciary, including its recent arrest of Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan in her courthouse. This latest action is yet another attempt to intimidate and threaten the judiciary after a series of rulings by judges appointed by presidents of both parties holding the Trump Administration accountable for its countless violations of the Constitution and laws of the United States. On April 25, you called judges “deranged” and said that “[the Administration is] sending a very strong message” and that “we will come after you and we will prosecute you.” On April 28, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt went so far as to say that the Trump Administration will not rule out arresting members of the United States Supreme Court.

The intent to intimidate Judge Dugan and the judiciary is clear from the circumstances of Judge Dugan’s arrest which took place seven days after the alleged offense. There was no emergency whatsoever; the administration could have easily issued a summons for Judge Dugan to appear before a court, as they would have done in other white collar cases. There is not an ounce of doubt that Judge Dugan would have appeared in court in response to a summons. Instead, the United States Department of Justice at your direction decided to create an embarrassing spectacle that included the FBI’s arrest and handcuffing of Judge Dugan and the Director of the FBI, Kash Patel, posting a photo of the perp walk on X. As you know well, the Confidentiality and Media Contacts Policy that appears on the Justice Department’s website directs that DOJ personnel “should not voluntarily disclose a photograph of a defendant unless it serves a law enforcement function or unless the photograph is already part of the public record in the case.”

Gotta give Pam and Kash some slack here. They aren't even aware of what is in the Constitution let alone the "Confidentiality and Media Contacts Policy." Besides, Kash is just a little boy playing the role of FBI director cuz Don said he could. Being outsiders when it comes to the DoJ, and justice before the law, they're just trying to please the boss. Maybe sit next to him at cabinet meetings to better gaze in to the eyes of the Messiah.

Dugan will probably not go to prison

Considering the state she’s in a jury might evrn acquit her

But I bet she never tries it again

Should she be afforded some special treatment?
No, but that's what she got.

It will depend on the evidence. What we know is she'll go to trial barring unforeseen circumstances. trump should have too. But he manipulated the system in his favor and ran out the clock. One of the most egregious travesties of justice in US history.

Since this is your thread, I shouldnt have to remind you that the topic is Dalton, not Trump

Who is Dalton? And why isn't trump evading accountability for his crimes a fair topic to bring up since you trumples keep saying "no one is above the law?"

By your incessant dodging, you prove you can't provide evidence of a warrant.

Just admit you lied to me.

I've been here long enough, berg, 12 years. I don't need to prove myself anymore, least of all to you.

See post #5.
Is this what you said I should see? It's the way the regime conducted itself by the method of arresting her.

What was the problem? It was less of a show than this that CNN covered LIVE!

No one is above the law.

Wrong.
Arresting judges is not legal.
The proper procedure when you disagree with judges is to appeal.
The SCOTUS has been very clear about that.
They didn’t arrest her because they disagreed with one of her judicial decisions. They arrested her because she aided and abetted a felon. Which is a felony. I assure you if you go around aiding and abetting felons attempt to escape law enforcement your ass will end up in jail just like this judge.

Yes, it is. She aided and abetted the escape of a felon from LEO. That's a felony, and not a white collar one (something a judge would/should be well aware of). So, she was arrested. Was the DOJ trying to send a message? Probably but that's half the intent of all arrests/punishments for crimes. To give other people pause before they commit crimes. Why dont we run an experiment. You go aid and abet a felon attempting to escape from LEO and let us know if they arrest your dumb ass or just issue you a summons to appear in court at your earliest convenience.
