All nonsense. We are former state and federal judges who join together to condemn the Trump Administration’s attacks on the judiciary, including its recent arrest of Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan in her courthouse. This latest action is yet another attempt to intimidate and threaten the judiciary after a series of rulings by judges appointed by presidents of both parties holding the Trump Administration accountable for its countless violations of the Constitution and laws of the United States. On April 25, you called judges “deranged” and said that “[the Administration is] sending a very strong message” and that “we will come after you and we will prosecute you.” On April 28, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt went so far as to say that the Trump Administration will not rule out arresting members of the United States Supreme Court.
The intent to intimidate Judge Dugan and the judiciary is clear from the circumstances of Judge Dugan’s arrest which took place seven days after the alleged offense. There was no emergency whatsoever; the administration could have easily issued a summons for Judge Dugan to appear before a court, as they would have done in other white collar cases. There is not an ounce of doubt that Judge Dugan would have appeared in court in response to a summons. Instead, the United States Department of Justice at your direction decided to create an embarrassing spectacle that included the FBI’s arrest and handcuffing of Judge Dugan and the Director of the FBI, Kash Patel, posting a photo of the perp walk on X. As you know well, the Confidentiality and Media Contacts Policy that appears on the Justice Department’s website directs that DOJ personnel “should not voluntarily disclose a photograph of a defendant unless it serves a law enforcement function or unless the photograph is already part of the public record in the case.”
Gotta give Pam and Kash some slack here. They aren't even aware of what is in the Constitution let alone the "Confidentiality and Media Contacts Policy." Besides, Kash is just a little boy playing the role of FBI director cuz Don said he could. Being outsiders when it comes to the DoJ, and justice before the law, they're just trying to please the boss. Maybe sit next to him at cabinet meetings to better gaze in to the eyes of the Messiah.

It's not so much the legality of what Dugan did that's at issue in the letter. It's the way the regime conducted itself by the method of arresting her. And it's partially about the threats made against members of the judiciary made solely because the orange, bloviating cuck doesn't like having to obey the Constitution.
Lol. When there are already pictures of her on the internet, why does this even matter?included the FBI’s arrest and handcuffing of Judge Dugan and the Director of the FBI, Kash Patel, posting a photo of the perp walk on X. She should cry to Roger Stone.
I have no doubt that we'll be hearing about it. Why would anything change? LMAO. Whine, whine, whine! You want some cheese with that whine? Winning is great. Sorry you're butt hurt over it. NOT. LOL
LOL, You're in denial---and I don't mean the river in Egypt. Review your posts, whiner. Are you getting paid by the "MAGA?"'Winning is great.'
You don't sound like it, and your 'concerned' shtick is weak. You're annoyed that even in your safest of safe spaces (USMB), America still sees how unpopular maga can be anywhere.
A bunch of left wingers signed a strongly worded letter. So what? Legal issues are not decided in this country by what FORMER state and federal judges think or by what academics think either. Try again. Lighten up on the verbosity, it doesn't help to overwhelm your audience with word salad. Ask Kamala.

She aided in the escape of a wanted criminal! What did she think was going to happen? What would happen if it was someone who wasn't a judge?
She broke the law.
The fact she was suspended from her post means the judges overseeing her thought otherwise.
These judges can get bent.
Sounds like a good list of judges to investigate and disbar.
Why would a judge support a criminal judge?
A bunch of left wingers signed a strongly worded letter. Oh my, whatsoever shall we do?
Spare me the babbling, doomsayer.Wrong.
Telling a lawyer there are more than one exit from a court room is not breaking any law.
The suspension is automatic since she was arrested on federal charges, regardless of whether the charges are invalid.
Attacking the judiciary ensures the end of the republic.
Soon, nowhere will be appropriate to arrest an illegal.Wrong.
It is illegal for ICE to abuse court appearances to arrest people.
