I like this idea even more with the bipartisan effort simply to censure Trumpy Bear and keep him from running for office. Obviously a second impeachment attempt will fail. Better to try him as a private citizen. A felony conviction (and there are several others forthcoming) will keep him from running for anything EVER again.

Nancy Pelosi, Maxine Waters, Chuck Schumer, Joe Biden, and Kamala Harris are all on both video and audio tape actively fomenting insurrection against a sitting president and calling for overturning a fair and legal election.

The deliberate lack of security incited the "insurrection". If there had been a proper level of police force, NOT NATIONAL GUARD, there would have been a large peaceful protest at the Capitol and nothing more. All of the investigations came to the same conclusion, no crimes and most of what the republicans claimed wasn't true.
