I think the term you are looking for is "virtue signaling"

They don't care about anything but power and will patronize any group they can for support.

Facts prove me right. For example, name one person who is black, gay, trans, female, etc., who is a conservative and whom they defend. You can't, thus it is all about their political tyranny that matters to them. In fact, about 50 Blacks in Chicago were shot this last weekend. Name anyone who cares from their little heart felt party.

As we saw with the inflation bill, it was all about climate change and nothing to do with inflation. In fact, the spending will make inflation worse.

Fixing the system would require a combination of changes. For example:

1. Publicly-funded elections to squeeze money out of politics
2. Bi-partisan redistricting commissions
3. Ranked Choice voting
4. Non-partisan primaries
5. Short, strict term limits
