I decided to zig zag, up and down the blocks,
and count the flags displayed in my immediate neighborhood

Starting from 59th Lawndale,
I headed West on 59th to 59th and Pulaski,
Then, I headed North on Pulaski, to 55th and Pulaski,
Then, I headed East on 55th, to 55th and Lawndale,
Then, I headed South and zig zagged, West to East, vice versa
every block, in between, til I ended up back home....

I walked over 24 blocks...
know how many American flags I counted?

4...that's including my flag

Mexico's flag....I stopped counting after 20

Most 'historical' movies are grossly inaccurate. It's nothing new.

A few years ago the SAM Adams company sponsored a 'documentary' about the early part of the American Revolution - i.e. the 'Sons of Liberty', the Boston tea party, and the battle of Lexington and Concorde. It was a mini-series that aired on the History channel.

As far as Historical accuracy, it was a joke. An ABSOLUTE JOKE!

The star was of course a young dashing Samuel Adams who owned a brewery. The real Samuel Adams was an older man who was a member of the Massachusetts legislature and who owned a Malt company, not a brewery. He almost certainly was not at the Boston tea party or at the Battle of Lexington and Concorde.

There was actually no battle at any farm in Concorde, much less any like the one depicted in the 'Documentary'.

So the moral of the story is:

If you want historical accuracy read a history book. DO NOT expect ANY historical accuracy in movies or T.V. shows.

Just enjoy them a STFU!
