If the new building costs that much and is rising, then there is something else going into it. The ability of the Federal Reserve which is part of the globalists world government to control the ways of living of the citizens fits neatly here. They will shut down any way of living if you go against their doctrine at some point. This is an advanced technology computerized monster and any other way to make sure the masses are controlled.
