God, you're an idiot when it comes to Economics! The reason the Fed had to keep interest rates at near zero for most of Obama's two terms is that the economy was NOT doing well! When Trump came in the Fed did four rate increases in his first term...a sign that the Fed thought the economy was overheated and needed to be slowed. That's not a partisan observation...that's how it works.
