Letitia James receives SUBPOENA from the DOJ for violating President Trumps' civil rights.

It specifically says Congress has to vest the authority in the AG.

When did it do that?
When they confirmed her. See how simple it is? I am doing no more research for you. It's a waste of time

Tear America down, tear it all down, then start over again.

Democracy can't be saved by even the best efforts of the new communist rising star.

Let's go!!! Justice is coming for AG James. Her Stalinist attempt to destroy Donald Trump is finally going to get full scrutiny. This is in addition to the investigation into her miraculous rise in net worth through crooked real estate deals.

You know Trump lost the case...

So how does this go? Why did you prosecute the criminal who you got a conviction.

It's her job....

All laws are about the Constitution. About your autism?
That doesn’t make any sense. Constitution says that Congress can make a law vesting the authority in the AG.

The question you refuse to answer is what law did they pass that does so.

Uh, no. That’s not a law. You are refusing to back up your claims.
It says she has the right to appoint a special attorney in the Constitution! What about that don't you understand?

I explained that the constitution doesn’t give her the authority. It specifically says Congress can if it so chooses. Do you understand that or not?

LOL what a whitewash. OK I'll ask you since all of your Leftist Trump Hater friends failed to answer it. Who was the victim of the alleged FRAUD in Queen Letitita's FRAUD case against Donald Trump? :dunno:

Actually you didn't. I proved that she can. What is it about the appointments Claus don't you understand? Maybe I can help

My copy paste confirms my point. What about it don't you understand?
What do you think it means when it says “Congress has the authority to vest appointments”? What does that mean to you?

Smith’s appointment was struck down by Aileen Cannon and the charges were thrown out.

No one else had their appointment challenged in court.
Because Smith had much broader powers, more like a primary officer instead of an inferior officer.
Cannon’s reasoning hinged on the idea that Smith’s independence, dual investigations, and U.S. Attorney–level powers pushed him beyond the category of an “inferior officer” — meaning, in her view, Garland couldn’t legally appoint him without the Senate. Garland gave him too much power and leeway, while other special prosecutors had to abide by many more codes and regulations.

In order to appoint an inferior officer, Congress needs to have given the AG authority to do so.

None of these statutes create an office for which the AG can place an inferior officer.
Does our hearts good to see you admit that Biden's weaponization of the criminal justice system was nothing more than an unconstitutional scam.

It was a case with no victim at all. In fact, the so-called “victim” wanted to testify on behalf of Trump.

And Lutecia found the “fraud” so egregious that she socked him with a $500 million bond. Her intent was to tie up his cash so he couldn’t run.

That’s false. Cannon does discuss whether Smith is an inferior officer or a principle officer, but ultimately does not make a decision one way or another because it has no real bearing on her decision as she found that there is no legal basis to appoint an inferior officer either.

From her decision:

Did you actually read the decision or are you just making it up?

You just really need the answer the question what about the appointments Clause don't you understand. By vesting The Authority it means giving the authority to the president, the courts of law, the heads of departments including the Attorney General as head of the Department of Justice to, appoint the inferior officer. That's what it says fool. As an autistic person you obviously stopped reading beyond the "Congress vested". these inferior officers, such as a special attorney, can be appointed by these people . It's becoming clear with your condition you only see what you want to see. There is help available however for you , I could look up an 800 number for you I'd be willing to do that. That is all the time I'm going to waste with you today! Talk at you later
