Letitia James receives SUBPOENA from the DOJ for violating President Trumps' civil rights.

Does our hearts good to see you admit that Biden's weaponization of the criminal justice system was nothing more than an unconstitutional scam.
Garland did what was standard practice and had been unchallenged for years. He was trying to actually do the right thing.

It would have been easy to remedy, as he would have either won on appeal or substituted a US attorney for Jack Smith to take up the prosecution.

But there’s really no excuse for Trump pulling this scheme after arguing against it.

By vesting The Authority it means giving the authority to the president, the courts of law, the heads of departments including the Attorney General as head of the Department of Justice to, appoint the inferior officer
Great. And how does Congress go about giving that authority? What does it do to make that happen?

When they confirmed Bondi they gave her the authority. There see how simple that was?

Lots of DOJ attorneys work on grand jury investigations and aren't officers. Where do you draw your "unconstitutional" line?

How does the Senate confirming Bondi mean that Congress has decided to vest appointment authority for inferior officers?
Educate yourself. Numerous people have attempted to on this board and you continue to ignore facts while resorting to one stupid question after another. Typical ignorant troll.

Because they're all working underneath a US attorney who is in charge of the proceedings.

The statement is absurd and incorrect. Congress has to pass a law vesting the authority in the AG.

Blisterfinger is trolling. Or a moron. But probably trolling.

Facts have not been presented. Just claims.

It was a case with no victim at all. In fact, the so-called “victim” wanted to testify on behalf of Trump.

And Lutecia found the “fraud” so egregious that she socked him with a $500 million bond. Her intent was to tie up his cash so he couldn’t run.
Her accomplice in this law fare attack on Trump was Judge Engoron. They should both lose their jobs for blatant abuse of power.

You are really stupid I'm not playing anymore.

Actually, I think it was Juan Merchan. Engoron presided over the E. Jean Carroll kangaroo court. Two cases -- both kangaroo court judges and prosecutors.

That's what an AG does dumbass. Not playing anymore
The AG can only do what Congress has authorized them to do.

Which means Congress has to pass a law to authorize them to appoint an inferior officer.

Do you understand that or not?

No James brought the case to Engoron's court. All of the lawfare judges against Trump are peas in a pod and should all be defrocked.

In essence, James brought the case to Engoron's court, and he then oversaw the proceedings and issued the final verdict and judgment.

Specifics of Engoron's ruling in favor of James' case
  • Engoron's decision included a fine of $354 million against Trump and his organizations, plus interest, totaling over $450 million initially. Trump later posted a $175 million bond while appealing the decision.
  • The ruling also included a three-year ban on Trump from operating as an officer or director of any New York corporation.

That’s false. Cannon does discuss whether Smith is an inferior officer or a principle officer, but ultimately does not make a decision one way or another because it has no real bearing on her decision as she found that there is no legal basis to appoint an inferior officer either.

From her decision:

Did you actually read the decision or are you just making it up?
I enjoy my exchanges with you because you are respectful and we seem to be able to exchange opinions. Now you are asking if I made something up? No I did not.

Here is her quote in her ruling.
Cannon wrote, “Mr. Smith is a private citizen exercising the full power of a United States Attorney, and with very little oversight or supervision,”

That means she saw him acting as a primary officer instead of an inferior officer. That is why she ruled the way she did, I don’t know if I fully agree with her opinion but she has the authority, as do most judges, to make their rulings open to appeal.

Any AG or primary officer gas to be approved by a Senate vote.

You are mistaken. Merchan presided over James' criminal case, Engoron presided over Alvin Bragg's civil case.

No, it doesn't mean that. She explained her ruling, which I provided. You did not address the plain meaning of the language she used where she says it's irrelevant whether he's a principle officer of an inferior officer.
