Two new rulings highlight the success that can be achieved through litigation in defending the rights of working Americans laboring under the yoke of forced unionism.

In Ysursa v. Pocatello Education Association, the United States Supreme Court has upheld an Idaho law banning union bosses from using government officials to serve as bagmen for their political funds. In its brief, the National Right to Work Foundation argued union officials have no constitutional right to use public resources to deduct dues from government workers’ paychecks – and the High Court agreed.
